
I
am a divorced single mother of two children; my son, Cardal
F. and my daughter, Denita A., with four grand children (Jordan,
Carson, Zion and Madison). I am the middle child of six siblings;
three brothers and two sisters. My father, Carson James Crear
was a minister, my mother, Ruby Lee was taken away when I was
four years old.
I
lived, attended school and married in Racine Wisconsin. My children
and I moved to Illinois June 15, 1974 and we lived in Bolingbrook
until June 15, 1985. We moved to Hoffman Estates on June 15,
1985. We lived in Hoffman Estates for 19 years. I moved to Roselle
Illinois on June 15, 2004. I retired from the State of Illinois
University Civil Services on December 31, 2002 as the Scholarships
Program Administrator.
I
united with Second Baptist Church of Elgin, Illinois on September
13. 1995. Soon after joining Second Baptist Church I created
a library, which, I am the director. The duties of the Director/Librarian
are to record the church history, archive all public information;
programs, gifts, certificates, obituaries and books. I have
chaired many programs at Second Baptist Church including the
Church Anniversary Programs.
