About Earl R. Dingman Earl R. Dingman has been in print since 1968 (Sky and Telescope, Complete Woman, Income Opportunities, Mix, Music Connection, Technical Photography, Moving Image, etc.), his film work has been on television since 1981, commercial software out since 1988. He wrote one of the first no-code web page makers (Ottmedal) on the internet (1993). In 1989 he produced a rock act which made some top 50 lists with a song that became an ASCAP current performance logging. He is an editor with Issues Magazine and listed in Who's Who in Entertainment.
