My name is Misty Coonfield and I am a freelance writer of fiction and poetry. I got my start in '94 with a poem that was published in an anthology by the National Library of Poetry. I am working on several projects at this time including a self-published book and a few other articles. I won the Editors Choice Award in '95 and '97 for my works. I was inducted into the International Poetry Hall of Fame in '97. I won the honor of Poet of the Year for 2001, and 2002.
