Circumstances
by
Molly Ross
Circumstances
is the story of how a single violent act by a troubled young man
changed the lives of two sisters, and the people they loved.
When Christine
Hammond is abducted, and presumed dead, her sister, Sarah, is
left to deal with the loss of the only family she has, and Christine's
baby daughter. Sarah's devotion to her niece, and her inevitable
bond with the baby's father cause her fiance to doubt her feelings
for him, and threaten their relationship. His volatile personality
and the stress of their situation ultimately create problems
that they are unable to overcome.
Christine
awakes to find herself at the bottom of a ravine, injured, and
totally unaware of her own identity. She has no identification,
and remembers nothing of the events that led to her current
state. She bravely begins to rebuild her life, falls in love,
and suffers tragedy and loss before circumstances bring her
to new surroundings, new friends, and surprising revelations.

This
book kept my interest from start to finish. I always looked forward
to finding out what was going to happen next and hated to have
to put it down. I liked the story outline and thought it was very
well written. I also liked the way it switched back and forth
between characters. --

The
characters are quite likeable. Their personalities and characteristics
are lifelike and touching. The ending leaves us wondering the
future of these two women, and leaves us wanting to read more.

Circumstances
is packed with so much suspense, one finds him/herself screaming
at the book, as though the characters would eventually hear it!
It's a story of warmth and love that any sister should read, especially
if you're close to yours! A fictional tale that is so realistic,
one can't help but wonder if it's based on a non-fictional account!
